Valencia City Council has opened registration for the Bono Comercio VLC 2026 voucher raffle, an initiative designed to help residents save on purchases at local neighborhood shops. A total of 46,041 vouchers will be distributed. Each voucher allows holders to spend €50 while paying only €25, with the city council covering the remaining €25.
To enter the raffle, participants must register on the campaign's official website bonocomerciovlc.com. The form requires your full name, DNI or NIE, mobile phone number, mailing address, and email address, along with acceptance of the campaign's terms and conditions. Registration is limited to one official ID document per email address, with a maximum of one voucher awarded per person. Applications remain open until 23:59 on August 3, 2026.
The raffle will take place before a notary public. All 46,041 vouchers will be randomly assigned among registered participants who meet the eligibility criteria. Applicants who are not selected in the initial draw will be placed on a waiting list, which will be used to reassign any vouchers left unpurchased by the initial winners. The full list of selected participants will be published on the campaign website.
Starting September 2, 2026, winners will begin receiving emails containing a personalised voucher code linked to their DNI or NIE. Recipients will have 72 hours from the time the email is sent to purchase their voucher online. Those who miss the deadline will forfeit their claim, and the voucher will automatically pass to the next person on the waiting list. Applicants are advised to monitor their spam folders to avoid missing the notification.
Vouchers are delivered in digital format, and the €50 total does not need to be spent all at once. Vouchers can only be redeemed in person at participating local businesses; an updated list is available on bonocomerciovlc.com and through the campaign app. Vouchers cannot be used for online purchases. Businesses have until September 30, 2026, to sign up and participate in the initiative.
Vouchers can be combined with store sales and promotional discounts. However, in the event of an item return, voucher funds are non-refundable.
Vouchers become active the day after purchase and remain valid through November 15, 2026. After this date, any unused vouchers or remaining balances will expire without possibility of extension or refund.
