All-you-can-eat restaurant has opened near Madrid

Just half an hour from Madrid, a new restaurant that offers unlimited homestyle cuisine has opened its doors. La Cantera del Tinterillo, located in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, serves “grandmother” food, with no limits on portions and a fixed price.

From Monday to Thursday, the all-you-can-eat homestyle buffet costs €24.90. At weekends, on public holidays and on the eve of holidays, the price rises to €29.90. We recommend booking ahead as the popularity of the restaurant is rising fast. 

The menu includes starters, main courses and desserts. Starters: Caesar salad, homemade pâté, patatas bravas, migas (served with egg, chistorra sausage, peppers and pork loin), tripe with chickpeas, and a soup of the day

Main courses range from ribeye steak and Iberian pork to rotisserie chicken with potatoes and peppers — all available without limit.

Desserts include cheesecake, tres leches cake and carrot cake, while drinks are also included in the price.
