A burger joint with aged meat has opened in Valencia
A new American-style burger joint has opened in Valencia, serving premium meat. It’s called Street by Robert’s, and it sells burgers made with dry-aged beef, starting at just €4.99.
The concept behind the venue is to make high-quality meat more accessible. According to the founder, Robert, who previously worked in the meat industry, the beef is aged, then minced fresh and shaped into patties daily.
The basic burger costs €4.99, while a double patty version is €7.99. One of the customer's favourites has been the classic cheeseburger, made with the homemade sauce, pickles and fried onions. The patties are cooked to create a crisp crust on the outside and a juicy inside, topped with smoked cheddar and served in a soft brioche bun. Besides burgers, the menu also includes beef-loaded fries for €5.99, topped with smoked cheddar, fried onions, pickles and the signature sauce. Street by Robert’s is located at Calle Alcoy, 1. It’s open from Thursday to Sunday, starting at 7 pm on weekdays with no midday break. Delivery is also available via popular food delivery platforms.
