Valencia's buses are switching to their summer schedule. From 13 June to 6 September 2026, the EMT is reinforcing 12 bus lines, increasing the number of buses to the city's beaches. Among them are lines 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 31, 32, 92, 93, 95, 98, and 99.
Line 18 will extend its route to the Passeig Marítim, instead of its former terminus by the universities. From this coming Saturday, line 24 will run to the Platja del Saler. Line 92 will cover the entire coastline in the Marítim area. Line 95 will extend to the Platja del Cabanyal instead of La Marina. Line 98 will run to the beaches daily, rather than only at weekends.
A separate piece of good news for residents — the additional buses on routes 24 and 25 will remain all year round. Line 24 will get two extra buses on working days, cutting the interval from 60–65 to 30–35 minutes. Line 25 will get one extra bus. To increase capacity, articulated buses — 50% roomier than standard ones — will be used on both routes.
At the same time, the EMT is launching a summer campaign with children's activities on the promenade by the dolphin sculpture, sport, live music, and yoga by the sea.
