Amid housing shortages and steadily rising property prices across Spain, architecture studio Arkipromo is offering an unconventional path to homeownership.
The firm has launched a raffle featuring two newly built homes in the municipality of Cuevas del Becerro, in the province of Málaga—each valued at €180,000. In addition to the property, winners will receive a €20,000 gift voucher to furnish their new space.
The two-story homes designed by Arkipromo feature three bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two on the upper level) and two full bathrooms. The layout includes an office study nook, an outdoor patio with a dedicated laundry area, a balcony, and pre-installed air conditioning.
To enter the draw, participants must purchase a digital ticket for €10 on the official website. The raffle is open to all legal residents of Spain (including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). Ticket sales opened on July 15 and will run until October 1 at 11:59 PM. The drawing will take place before a notary on October 2 at 11:00 AM. Winners will be handed the keys to their new homes on October 5—World Habitat Day—along with their decoration vouchers.
