The Pussycat Dolls group announced their return to the stage. The popular 2000s group will start a new chapter as a trio, consisting of Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts. Together, they are preparing a new single and a world tour.
The first new release will be the song Club Song — it will be the group’s first studio release after a long hiatus. The members also announced reissues of two of their most famous albums, PCD and Doll Domination. The updated versions of the albums will be released on May 8.
The world tour will begin on June 5 at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California, USA. After concerts in North America, the group will head to Europe. Performances are planned, in particular, in Prague and Copenhagen, and the tour will conclude on October 13 in London.
Dates for ticket sales for the upcoming concerts have also been announced. In North America, presale will start on March 18 at 10:00 local time. Registration for the presale can be done through Ticketmaster. Registration is open until 23:00 (ET) on March 16. General ticket sales will begin on March 20 at 10:00 local time.
In European cities, presale will begin on March 18 at 9:00 local time. Access requires registration via the group’s official mailing list, after which a code for ticket purchase will be sent on March 17 around 17:00 (GMT). Regular ticket sales will also start on March 20 at 10:00 local time.
The Pussycat Dolls were founded in Los Angeles as a dance troupe and became one of the most successful female pop groups of the 2000s after their musical debut in 2005. The group gained worldwide fame with hits like Don’t Cha, Buttons, and When I Grow Up, which helped them sell millions of records before disbanding in 2010. The group had planned to return to the stage in 2020, but the concerts were canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
