A new restaurant, Pasqual and Sheila, has opened in Valencia near the City of Arts and Sciences. The venue is located at Avenida de França, 14 and is the latest project by Ukrainian hotelier and restaurateur Dmytro Zaporozhets, founder of the First Line Group.
The restaurant offers a mix of international and local cuisine. Breakfast options include a variety of toasts — such as avocado or Iberian ham with tomato — as well as syrniki (cheese pancakes), shakshuka and several egg dishes. The main menu features borscht, Olivier salad (with a choice of smoked salmon, Black Angus beef or shrimp), roast beef salad, Valencian tomato salad, steaks, pasta and burgers. The average bill is under €30 per person.
According to the restaurant’s website, the concept is built around culinary travel:
“Each dish on our menu is like a journey around the world, filled with international flavors and a special focus on local traditions. Whether you’re looking for a casual get-together with friends, a romantic dinner or a fun family celebration, there’s something here for everyone.”
Breakfast is served from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., while the main menu is available from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Today and tomorrow, the restaurant is hosting invite-only preview dinners. Guests can receive a 50% discount by commenting on the restaurant’s Instagram post with their preferred time and group size, then sharing the post to their Stories and tagging the venue.
The first Pasqual and Sheila restaurant opened last year at Calle del Mar, 2 in central Valencia.
