From 9 to 19 April, Valencia will host the Cuina Oberta gastronomic festival, during which 70 of the city's restaurants will offer special menus at affordable prices to make fine dining more accessible to the general public.
Prices start from €28 for lunch menus, while Michelin-starred restaurants have prepared exclusive offers ranging from €80 to €100. Participants include Arrels, FIERRO, Flores Raras, Riff, and La Salita, where guests can also attend a cocktail-making masterclass limited to 15 people.
The festival extends beyond restaurant menus to include gastronomic workshops and tastings. For example, on 16 April (7:30 pm – 10:30 pm) at Mengem, Andrea Forte will host a fermentation masterclass for €75. Món Horxata will present the ORXATA TOUR 2026, featuring a tour of the Valencian orchards and a horchata-making workshop for €19.90. Additionally, the Serralunga wine bar will offer wine and charcuterie tastings for groups of up to 10 people throughout the festival, priced at €20 or €35 depending on the group size.
To experience the menus from participating Cuina Oberta restaurants, prior registration is required on the official website.
