On Saturday, 21 February 2026, the streets of Ribarroja del Turia, in the province of Valencia, will be transformed into the playing field for a large-scale zombie survival game, Love Zombies. Organisers promise five hours of adrenaline, dozens of challenges and a full dive in an apocalyptic setting.
The “apocalypse” will begin at 11 pm and run until 4 am. Participants will be asked to complete 15 challenges and may end up covering as much as 25 kilometres across the town. Streets will not be closed to traffic, so organisers stress the importance of following safety rules and realistically assessing your physical fitness.
Registration will take place at the Youth Centre, Carrer Cristo Afligido, 25a, between 7 pm and 10 pm. On arrival, participants will receive a game map, identifying items (a green bandana for “survivors” and a red one for “zombies”), a wristband and detailed instructions. A first-aid point will also be available.
The Love Zombies format divides players into “survivors” and “zombies”. Participants complete tasks, form alliances, build teams and try to make it through to the final scene. The winner will be the first player to complete all challenges before the game ends.
Teenagers aged 12 and over are welcome to participate. Participants aged 12–15 must be assisted by an adult. Those aged 16–17 require written consent. From the age of 18, participation is unrestricted.
Tickets start at €20 and are available via the link
